Alfonzo D. Tablizo of Waldorf, Maryland passed away on February 14, 2014.
Alfonzo is preceded in death by his father and mother Romeo and Mercedez Tablizo. He is survived by his loving wife Janet; children Aljan and Elijan; siblings Gil, Chay and Sonny; step-mother Elvie; step-siblings Ep and Ida. A visitation will be held at the Huntt Funeral Home Waldorf, Maryland on Thursday February 20, 2014 from 2 to 4pm and 6 to 8pm. The funeral service will be on Saturday February 22, 2014 at 1pm at Huntt Funeral Home. Burial to take place at Trinity Memorial Gardens Waldorf, Maryland.
