Eleanor Louise Finisecy, 90 of La Plata, MD passed on Friday, June 17, 2022.

She was born on January 09, 1932, in Leonardtown, MD to the late Doris McMahon (Wheeler) and Bertram McMahon.

Eleanor was an active member of her community all of her life. A Maryland 4-H All Star, Eleanor volunteered in the 4-H program for over 50 years, working with children from all over Charles County. She was a member of the United Methodist Church of La Plata. Eleanor worked and retired from the Navy EODTECHCEN as a mail filer and mail clerk. Her hobbies included making baskets, crafting, gardening, and playing bingo. As an avid baseball fan, she really enjoyed watching the Washington Nationals, and Baltimore Orioles.

Along with her parents, Eleanor is predeceased by her sisters Jackie Hamilton, and Janice Latimer, and is survived by her siblings Jerry McMahon (Joanne), and Jean Wedding.

Her four loving children, Michelle Willingham (Tom), Mark Finisecy (Sue Estes), Bill Finisecy (Dee Dee), and Sharon Faccini (Ernie). Grandchildren; Ashley Willingham, Garrett Willingham, Meggan Manson (TJ), Brianna Twait (Chris), and Carlo Faccini (Amy). Great Grandchildren; Liam, Myles, and Annie Manson, Leo Twait, Mika, Callum, and Luca Faccini. Along with many nieces and nephews and other relatives and friends.

A visitation will be held on June 23,2022 from 11:30am until time of Service at 12:30pm in Raymond Funeral Services Chapel. Interment will take place following the service at Trinity Memorial Gardens; 3221 Mattawoman Beantown Rd, Waldorf, MD 20601 at 2:00pm.
