John Cameron Livingston, 68, of Calvert County, Maryland, passed away peacefully on February 12, 2026. Born March 26, 1957, in Cheverly, MD, John built a life rooted in faith, family, friendship, and hard work.

John made his home in Calvert County, where he became known for his strong work ethic and lifelong career in the plumbing industry. He was intelligent, knowledgeable in many subjects, and always willing to lend advice or a helping hand. An avid hunter, boater and fisherman, John found joy on the water and in the outdoors. His "home away from home" was Goose Bay Marina, where he spent countless hours with friends, playing cornhole, sharing stories, and enjoying life. He especially loved Sunday afternoons surrounded by family and friends, savoring Maryland blue crabs and a cold Coors Light.

John's greatest passion was his children. He treasured coaching them, guiding them, and proudly cheering from the stands as they excelled in sports. With immense pride, he watched his sons capture state championships with Calvert High School football and Huntingtown High School baseball. Those victories were among his most cherished memories. A devoted Christian man, John was steadfast in his faith and deeply committed to his Savior, Jesus Christ. His faith guided his life and the love he showed to others.

John was preceded in death by his father, Hugh Cameron Livingston, his mother Jacquleine Mae Livingston (Huffman), his brother Rick Livinginston and his beloved son, John, Jr. He is survived by his eight children: Heidi of New York, Chris, Justin (Alexis), Jason of New York, Joshua (Dawn), Jordan (Nicole), Cody (Bobbi), and Tyler. He is also survived by his brother Jim (Laura), his sisters Janet and Jeanne, his beloved grandchildren, whom he cherished as a proud and loving PopPop and Joann Livingston, his constant confidant and the mother of his children.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce John's passing. He was deeply loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed, but his legacy of faith, strength, laugher, and unwavering love for his family will live on in the many lives he touched.

Visitation will be held on Monday, February 23, from 6-8 PM at Rausch Funeral Home, Owings. A burial will take in Ft. Lincoln Cemetery on Tuesday, February 24 at 11:00 AM.
